We have been doing reviews for some of the best disabled dating sites out there for quite some time now and before we sank our teeth into this Disabled Mate review, we thought we had already seen everything. However, after spending a few days on this fantastic website, we realized that there is still plenty that the online disabled dating world has to offer.

We realized that we were in for something special from the very moment we typed in the name of the website into our browser. We opened the website and it loaded pretty much instantly. Trust us, we have seen plenty of dating websites that take ages to load and it kills your enthusiasm from the get-go. Not Disabled Mate.
We then realized that this website offers a much more comprehensive experience than most other dating websites. Their welcome page, for one thing, is gorgeous, informative and provides you with everything you need to know about the website. It also has a number of beautiful photos and a welcome text that will get you in disabled dating mood in no time. However, our Disabled Mate review could not end there.

We got wind of the Disabled Mate design and functionality by simply logging on the website. The welcome page showed us that the people behind this website know everything there is about design and that they know how to make their members feel comfortable. Once we created our free profile, we logged in to make sure this is true for the bulk of the website as well.
The sleek, cheerful design is maintained throughout the website and it makes for a very comfortable dating experience. The design is predominantly white and almost too barebones. After a while, however, you realize that this is one of the most modern dating site designs that you have seen and you realize that you are seeing web design future being put to use on a dating website.
The loading times are lightning-quick and technical problems are non-existent. The website was developed by someone who knows their stuff and it feels like a perfectly oiled machine throughout the entire experience.

This saying above is true and the issue is that the site doesnt let those who are free members to talk at all. What should be done is let the paid members pay for the one who doesnt want to pay so that we can engage in conversation. send a notification that someone wants to talk to you and you can pay for them to send messages. The site thinks all disabled people are middle class and above, but most disabled people are lower middle class and cant afford. The business is thinking backwards to achieve its financial goals.
It wouldn’t even let me in. After hitting the button to do so,I got a page saying my profile (what profile?) needed to be reviewed. Customer service was no help.
Like the other sites it is free to create your profile and post it, if you want to read responses you have to pay.
There’s no such thing as a free ride.
It is a nice site. Its functional. Fast. And seems to have have a lot new members daily. There are a lot of weirdos. I do not understand the previous review stating shecwas denied because she/he wass not disabled. Not all are disabled, the site has people who are disable friendly/understanding.
A negative of the site is the bylines saying “see complete profile” but the profile is blank.
Also pictures are supposedly approved but are clearly not as some are so blurry you cannot tell what they are etc.
I am not sure mail notifications work. I havent gotten mine. I also have sent notices to about fifteen men who have not been to the site in weeks. I can only assume they are not getting email notices either.
In the 2+ weeks I’ve been a member I have sent over two dozen notices but have only heard from two that were online when I sent them.
I’m not too hopeful 🙁
Im simple person living with a simple im from philippines im looking for serious love here no matter what i will accept him and love him.
I joined the site and soon found out there’s nothing going on there. The few people who could be prospects haven’t been on in over a week. I sent several flirts and messages no ones replied because they’re not logging in, I suspect for the same reason I canceled my subscription. They need to do more to help disabled people and not frustrate us.
I’ve gotten absolutely nothing for my 27 dollars.
Very dissatisfied with this site.
They won’t let me finish my profile

Disabled Mate and all the associated sites are beasically a scam. A great deal of the profiles are fake, a quick Google image search will reveal where the fake profile pics truly belong to. But you cannot do anything here without paying, The owners also send you fake messages, then you think someone is interested in you but you have to pay before you can see the messade, which turns out to be one that is autogenerated.
An utter scam. Stay well clear.
You can’t even contact anyone without paying. The “free” version only lets you make a profile and search your area, but there’s no way to get in touch with anyone without paying.
There is not many girls in my area to choose from. Also, a lot of them don’t even leave photos.
Amazing
DISCRIMINATORY SITE BEWARE
I am a real woman who was basically thrown off and banned here because my photos don’t ‘match’ what their idea of a disabled person should look like. I have invisible illness and this is called discrimination. I am not a scammer – but the irony is they allow real scammers on the site! So ‘hey baby if you’re horny text mee’ doesn’t raise any eyebrows but my 100% legit account is removed because I look ‘too young’ and there are ‘inconsistencies’ whaaat. I don’t appreciate being called a liar.
I’m very isolated, have valid issues and was looking to chat with others who might be in a similar situation. Instead I was treated with discrimination here. Ironic.
This supposedly inclusive site is waay more elitist than abled sites.
Tried signing up here twice actually…the first time they just denied me outright, the second time I was able to establish an account and added all of my details, only to have my profile removed a little while…then I was called a literal fraud

I stumbled upon disabledmate.com by accident one night when I was googling for some relationship advice for people with disabilities. I was hesitant at first but decided to give it a shot. After I realized it wasn’t some bogus site, I set up a profile and started receiving messages and flirts almost immediately. It’s flattering when so many people want to be your friend and talk to you. I’ve even had a few naughty proposals so it’s definitely a lot of fun!
I love disabledmate.com, period. I think it’s a great website for disabled folks to meet someone special. I have been on a couple dates so far and it’s been great. All the best!

I almost gave up on dating sites because when people found out about my disability, they would always just focus on that and lose interest in dating me and it hurt. On DM, I don’t have to go through that conversation and I don’t have to fear rejection every single time. There are actually guys who want to date me and don’t ask stupid questions. I honestly like it here and even if I don’t find someone special, its worth it just to have good and smart people to talk to.
